Aluminum polished wheels

Im not sure wether or not my Q45 wheels are clear coated or not. Is there a way to test that out? I need to know what to use to polish them (Metal polish vs. Clear coat/paint polish).

I'm sure they're clear coated. I'm not sure how to 'test' them, though. Auto makers have clear coated OEM alloy wheels for at least 12 years or more. My '93 Accord's wheels were clear coated.

Use some AIO and SG.

Yes you are correct. I just took a close look at them, I can see the clear coat over them. Looks like when it stops raining, ill wash them and take the PC with 3M Machine glaze and see how well it works out. Followed by a wax ofcourse.
