Dash Scratches

How do i get rid of scratches on my dash and vinyls...i removed my seat and as i was putting it back in, one of the edges scratched against my door panel...another was a tiny bit of scuffs on the dash around my center console...is there a trick to getting these out? smoothing the surface out or something? everywhere i look they are talking about protecting your dash, and cleaning it, but id like the scratches out... thanks for any help, links, or product/material recommendations...

my wife decided to clean the Max the other day. She \felt the dashboard and felt that is was, in her eyes, too sticky. So, she proceeded to use Zep degreaser to clean the compartment over the airbag panel. To her surprise (!) the paint started coming off! Any idea of where to get the matching paint other than the dealer?

I don't think even the dealer would have that (they have exterior paint). There are people who repair vinyl. There's one who comes to the dealership I work at, so I'd start by talking to used car dealerships and see who they use. You might also try talking to some detailing shops. Sometimes they offer this service or they may know someone who does.
