well my wheels got rust on them (coming from brake rotors). i used meguiars hot wheel, wheel cleaner and got most of it off but the rest is just so attached to the wheel. whats the best way to get the dust removed..... also i got a lot of little scratches all over the wheel and the finish looks a little bit dull in some areas, how can i bring the shinne back and get rid of the scratches? i was thinkin about mothers metal polish, any other recommendations ??

Try a clay bar.

 

wash clay klasse aio and then seal them
treat them just like paint
