Sap on Vinyl Door Panel ??

Sap on Vinyl Door Panel ??
I had my window open on my 92 nissan pick up truck...Sap dripped onto the door panal on the inside and ran down...I have no idea how to get this off..I believe the door is Vinyl but I could be wrong
any ideas ?? Sap remover didnt really work cause its kind of abrasive and only works when use against a hard surface like paint
