how to polish my lip

well i have a polished lip and one of the rims look dull, just wondering what i should use to get it looking like the other ones

Metal polish + elbow grease.

Clean them well, then use Mothers Aluminum and Mag polish. It's cheap ($4-5 for a can).

i got mothers billet it cost me 10 dollars. i think it worked good but its still not as shinny as the other wheels. should i use a buffer or somthing?????

You could use a dremel with a polishing tip

That may be a bad idea. Its going to be difficult to get it even all over using such a small tip. Likely you'll end up with a very funky finish.
