Spots on the hood

I washed my car over the weekend and I noticed that there were these weird spots on my hood.

This one is flat with the paint on the hood.

This one is also smooth.

This one when I was cleaning my car was sticky. I was wipping with the sponage and it took a chunk off it.

What should I do.

I was looking into claybaring my car. But I wasn't sure if it would get rid of those marks. They are really annoying. Esp. on a white car. The blue hint is from the sky FYI

I dont know if it's the samething but I have a bunch of bumps on my hood also, and they are sorta soft/hard and sticky. I can take some of it off when I like scrape it with my nail. But they are sticky. Anyone know what they are exactly, sap? And what is best way to take it off without hurting the paint? I just washed my car today and it dont come off by just scrubbing.

I just read it and says you can use the regular soap that you use to wash your car with or the liquid stuff that comes with the clay. Either is fine.

if claybar doesn't work it probably is a bit more serious.. just be sure to keep a good layer of wax on your car
