Scuffed tail light help

So someone hit my car at the mall and left a scuff on the bumper a tail light. I have pretty much gotten the marks out of the bumper but am stumped as how to fix the light.

Any suggestions.

how deep is the scuff? Meguirs plasticX might help a bit.

PlasticX should do the trick depending on the severity of the scuff. If its really deep, like a scratch, you may be able to wet sand it. Be very careful if you do need to wet-sand though.
