Headlight Cleaning

My projectors have gotten a bit foggy. Any idea on how to clean them?
Any off the shelf product I can buy from AutoZone? I have turtle wax.

dont we clean them from inside? if yes then do we have to bake them in order to remove the lens/glass?

The damage is from outside caused by road debris.

Just like Ammi said....I use Mothers plastic cleaner and then mothers plastic polish once a month to keep my headlights looking new... Try to use a microfiber towel when cleaning them..If you are going to use a fine sandpaper make sure you use plenty of water to keep the paper wet also the headlight.....my 2cents...
