Touch up blobs

Guys,

I recently got my car back from the shop and have numerous touch up blobs. By blobs I mean uneven touch ups from the paint brushes.

Is there any way to get this stuff out or even blend them in with the paint?

Thanks.

Is this the only product like this? Also does anybody know where to get some good touch up paint for a Black 01 I30. If not, how expensive is it from the dealer? I have some chips and scratches that I want to fill in but I dont want the uneven look, like the spot that was touched up by the previous owner on the trunk. I am planning on taking the PC to it this sat.
