How to remove wax from plastic & rubber?

I know some of us beginners make these mistakes...

but how do fix them?

What products do you guys normally use to remove the wax?

There is a Citrus All-Purpose that I use at work, but I think the equivalent to getting the stuff off would be Armor-All plastic stuff. Just make sure to spray it on a rag first because otherwise, you will have spray spots on the plastic.

Peanut butter oil works amazingly well, but when it comes right down to it, the best product I have ever used is Meguiar's M39. That is the ultimate vinyl/rubber/non-clear plastic cleaner.

Either Miguiers or Mother's makes a product called "Back to Black" that works pretty well.

What about a clay bar? Shouldn't that take off the wax?

A clay bar is meant for painted metal, not rubber or black trim. This is what I use and it works great...
