hopefully i wont get my feelings hurt for bumping this thread, but i'm in need of detailing my car, before winter hits and i was planning to do a Claybar. what i wanted to know, have spots on my paint where its almost like, whoever owned teh car before me, started wetsanding...but never finished (stupid) but i was wondering, after doing claybar, what would be recommended after this to possibly get rid of those spots. and i also have swirl marks galore on the paint i want to get rid of, i'm hoping to spend all/most of the day saturday doing, at least, an exterior detail.

WOW!! Thanks for the 101, its alot to soak in but once I get hands on try out on the vehicles before finalizing it to my Max.

I did not know that dishwashing liquid strips the wax and will stop using it once summer rolls around.
