I have a new car for the past 3 weeks. The dealer did a poor job of detailing. I have little specs on the paint that doesnt seem to wanna come off. I just had the car detailed and waxed and for the most part they are gone. For the few that are still there should I use a cleaner wax or rubbing compound?

 

Well my friend used some clay bar then some scratch x and tried to buff it out. Its still there. I also have some specs on the hood and doors. Ive only had the car about 3 weeks. Any idea what I can expect or not from the dealer?
