Rug doctor
Rug doctor
I just wanted to say I tried the rug doctor on the seats floor and roof liner and I am very pleased. I used the rug doctor, the upholstery attatchment, upholstery cleaner, and the anti-foam solution.
I have no pictures because it was close to 100 degrees outside but everything dried off quick. acouple of tips:
-Use the suds as liberally as you want.
-Put pressure as if you're scraping the dirt off
-Holding it in the perfect angle will help the suction
-The more you vacuum it after the suds, the faster it dries and the more crud it picks up.
I eventually used up 2 upholstery cleaner bottles and one anti foam bottle and found out, after waiting a bit, that the spots that remained wet for a bit released more dirt after soaking in it. Be careful with the headliner, nothing went wrong for me but you need to thoroughly vacuum it after giving it the suds and be ready to do it all because you can tell what parts you missed (e.g. clean/dirty).
