I wanted to order a clay bar to detail my car, anyways by mistake I ordered a simoniz glass clay bar..,not much info around on this product. Any body know if this is the same a the regular clay bar we use for our paint

 

Glass is a much harder surface than paint so not sure what effect it will have on paint

 

Your right, I'm just going to test it on a small area on bottom side of the car, just really want to get these small specs of rust off from the winter before they set in

 

Let us know how it works. I would assume it is a medium to hard clay bar comparatively to a paint claybar. Also check out the nanoskin instead of a clay bar.

 

I wouldn't use it over the paint, for its way abrasive.
