that's a bigger dip in hp than I took when my '02 ran into problems. I dynoed 195hp 211lb/ft awhile back, and despite my dyno guy swearing up and down it was ignition problems, I found it to be VIAS issues. Try disconnecting your VIAS and see how it runs like that. If there's no difference, that might be your problem..

What're the mods? They may assist in tracking down the problems as well.
Throwing on a set of 40lb 22"s would probably lower your dyno quite significantly, and things like an intake will increase your probability of a MAF going bad.

Wow. That's a pantload of mods, I hadn't even been paying attention to the y-pipe situation for 2002's. I think the Mille's are heavy but not THAT heavy. Your car is seriously goofed.
I might be inclined with Jer's theory, however if you thought your car lost enough power to go to a dyno to begin with ... It's probably not the case. In my MAF problem experience, my car was jumpy and threw codes left-right-and-center, so I'm going to say it's not that. I'm going to go with SteVTEC on this one and do some experimentation with the VIAS. Changing your plugs is a good idea, ESPECIALLY if someone put bosch ones or something in.
Other than that, all I can suggest is doing all the maitenance on it, but it looks like you're already going on that idea.

i dyoned at 216/219 with a franken car and a HKS muffler can. with 40,000 mile old factory plugs...on a 2k1 MAF. sooo.....i'll throw that into the mix for you guys. My plugs even went through 3 maf failures which caused super lean/ super rich conditions.
