I'll take it back after y-pipe/catback install/hai/spark plug change and see what diff that makes.

Power looks about right for a stock Max. Torque usually is a little higher, like around 17X something.

How many miles are on your 95? Could be that it's just getting older. You could do a compression check to get a general idea on the health of the guts...

Seems like most mustang dynos I have seen don't show the large drop in power after 5.5K rpms the 4th gens have.
