I knew right of way when I saw the speed axis.
Yeah yeah I know. I just didn't pick up the first time that his dyno started at 4k (70 mph)...

Quote: Did he email them to you? I have nothing. I'll make sure to stop by DX this Saturday...
Yup, Sarkis finally emailed them to Josh. As they say, the squeaky wheel gets greased. Start squeakin'. LOL

James and Josh... if you view your runfiles in WinPEP you'll notice that it says the elevation was 4500ft... It says the same thing from the 2006 dyno day as well... Is this a setting that DX must manipulate? I'm wondering what type of effect this has on our numbers as I'm pretty sure Stanton (or anywhere in OC for that matter) is less than 100ft above sea level...

Would Manny care to shed some light?

How much for the car? lol JK. I hope to someday have a car that puts out 300. To me thats the fine line between a strong powerful car, and a road monster. Do all those parts cause CELs and other worrisome things or could you use that as your daily driver and what not? That wouldn't pass an emissions test would it?

I can tell you that Ptatohed's car has never had any CELs and is very reliable. In fact, when we took a road trip to Arizona to see Twisted Sister we took his boosted Maxima.

And it passes emissions too.

Let's see... The cost to buy another mint conditioned '98/'99, pearl on black, fully loaded with heated seats/ABS Maxima.......... plus compensation for the 12 months of searching Autotrader every day to find that car........... plus all the money I have in the car right now................. plus all the wrench time I have in the car (at $30+ / hr, ).............. plus an over-and-above fee to even make it worth my time of at least $10,000. Grand total....... $2 damn much.

No SES lights at all. Never. Well, I think once when I had a bad coil pack (cyl. #5). No worries at all with reliability. Except maybe my choice to use a motorcycle battery. It will die if I don't use the car every several days. But that's by choice and I could put in a bigger battery if I had to. I could easily use it as a daily driver. And I probably would if I didn't work 30 miles from home, one way. I do drive it to work once a week and use it on the weekends/evenings.

Of course I pass smog. Every time. If the techs are smart I shouldn't pass the visual since the Stillen kit wasn't CARB approved for '99. But I always pass anyway. The emissions is no problem.

I was in the third grade when the "Stay Hungry" album came out. Good stuff.

The concert Jim is talking about was in late 2005. A reunion tour with all original members. Tucson was the furthest west they were coming on their tour. So, that meant only one thing... We had to hop in the Max and schlep our butts 500 miles east. It was *****en.
