I posted feedback for another member after I purchased something from him. Initially I thought all was good but discovered after I had left feedback that it was not and now he is not refunding my money, although he admits he shipped the wrong item.

Is it possible for me to change my feedback?? I would like to accurately give feedback so other Org members can avoid him.
