Two things about the mobile version:

1. Why has my IP address been banned on the org? I cant access the org at all via mobile web version or the app.

2. The app's search version doesnt work. The feature is there. It just doesnt work.

It's not jut him. There are a few people with this issue.

For me, the app crashed and kept telling me every five minutes for hours that I had a response to the same thread that didn't have any updates...I had to nuke it from my phone. Turning my phone off and back on didn't solve the problem either FWIW. Worked fine at first......

 

I was banned same day as VQ pointed out.

One feature for us using the mobile version would like to see is an edit button an multi quote button

 

Cant seem to find IP address on it. New phone. Ill figure it out.

But also, I was at this same laptop Im using now a few days ago at starbucks. Was banned from org. Soon as I went home, it worked again. Just thought Id throw that in.

ok...we had to ban a large range of IPs since we have some unwanted visitors that keeps on coming back. if you can give me the IP address you're on i can lift yours and get you access again.

if his IP was banned..he shouldn't be able to get on. if he's able to get on and post a feedback then he's able to get in NOW with a different IP. so i need the IP that's he's coming in from when he can't get on.

Yeah I sent Dan my IP. Hopefully I get my phone unblocked soon. I wonder why it's glitching up
