Moderators need to enforce rules

I am tired of going into the Garage and Workshop forum and all I see are posts about "My car is broken. Help me fix it".

I guess we need to start with a BIG BANNER
saying "Do Not Post Problems With Your Car Here".

Then a moderator will need to visit the forum at least once a day because the noobies will ignore the banners anyway and DELETE, not move, improper posts.

Good grief, i hardly ever go in there and yes, it's a problem. I'll frequent that forum from now on and do my best to send the threads where they need to go.
