Oil in my antifreeze

My car has been running really hot and going thru oil, along with lots of hesitations.Whats the most common way of oil getting in the antifreeze. And i installed redline watter wetter a year ago could this be the oily film.
If it is oil what shall i do?

Car running hot + oil in antifreeze = blown headgasket. Course of action. Get it fixed or just replace the whole engine w/ another low mi used unit. Both are probably the same price.

Yes any engine from 95-99 will work fine. However, note that MardigrasMax put a 96 motor in his 98. If I remember correctly, their were two sensors that had a different plastic harness, but that is VERY easy to solve....
