amsoil filter SDF-20 vs SDF-13?

amsoil filter SDF-20 vs SDF-13?
I understand the SDF-13 is recommended for the 5th generations but how many people are using the SDF-20 instead since it is a bit bigger and cheaper??

I've used the SDF-20 several times on my 99. It's a better overall choice.....especially since it's cheaper.

All VQ30DE Maximas can use the same filters. Fitment is identical.

It will work fine as well, but I would choose the Mobil 1 M1-105 filter since you are spending $10+ anyway. These don't fit on the VQ30s.

Cool, actually i have a mobil 1 m-105 filter at my house right now but i have amsoil 5w-30 oil and from what i'm told, since mobil 1 is thinner it works better with their filters.

I was just thinking pairing up the oil with the filter, what do ya think?

Amsoil + M1-105 = best overall for VQ35
