I've always been lazy and have taken the max to get the oil changed at a tire/lube/etc shop. I don't trust the no name oil they are putting in, seeing as I run the max to 6K or so fairly often. I'm gonna start changing it myself and want to know which oil you guys have had success with. I've heard Mobil 1 is good stuff.... tell me what brand, and what type is good to use

Mobil 1 is the best off the shelf oil available. There are better if you are willing to order off the internet from dealers.

IMO MObil 1 is the best....I use it in my engine and transmission.
