Dealer tells me I need to change my power steering fluid (44K miles)

I looked at the fluid, it does look a little dark (don't know how dark its suppose to be). Is it suppose to be dirty at only 44K miles? If I do need to change it, any recommendations on brands?

Thanks....

Get the BG flush service done specific for your 2k2, makes a nice difference and is a good preventative measure to insure against later problems....

I know you guys have 2k2's but I have a 2000 and will be changing my fluid. I imagine the PS systems are the same.... I was under the impression that you use ATF in the PS res.? I was planning on picking up a turkey baster and sucking out the old fluid and topping off the res with M1 or amsoil ATF.. I may be doing this on thursday so if anyone knows then it would be quite helpful. thanx
