Rebuilding engine, what fluids should I use?
I am currently rebuilding my VQ30DE (new pistons, bored cylinders, al new bearings and the usual other stuff) and I was wondering what oil I should use for the breakin process. Should I go with a synthetic? What weight should I use? Also what steps should I take to ensure a proper break in? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Use regular oil for the break in period. I forgot exactly when you should change to syn oil, but do it after 2 regular oil changes.
