Has anyone used Octane Booster. Does it work like it says? Does it hurt emmissions?

 

my friend gave me some NOS street performance and streeting racing octane booster. they seem to give little more power. definately noticeable. just make sure u use it in full tank of gas.

 

This stuff is really nothing more than fuel injector cleaner, it will do nothing. You are better off trying that homemade racing fuel, or buying some real VP and mixing it in your tank.

 

rue that man besides when they say they give u higher octane points its only a little. for instance guranteed 2 points actually means 91.02 if your using 91 octain gas.

These are fuel conditioner/cleaner that help the fuel burn more efficiently and in effect boost the octane rating.

 

Yeap. Very true. You are not getting 93 Octane gas from a 91 Octane gas w/ octane booster.
