Redline MT fluid

Alright guys im changing my MT fluid but Im not sure how much to order and which kind. Redline offers two different versions MTL and MT - 90, their both the same price I just need to know which will work.

MT-90...5 quarts. That should give you a little extra oil left over. Try www.jegs.com

If you have a 6 speed, you only need 3 quarts. Here's a great write up of how to do it.
