What kind of manual tranny fluid should i get

I have a 94 se and recently i have been having problems in changing gears. At first it just didn't want to go into gear, so i checked the slave cylinder and it was completly dry. So i put som dot 3 brake fluid in it, and it regained pressure and drove normal again. My question is, do you think i might have a possible leak in the line, and what kind of tranny fluid do you recomend for my Maxima.

I would have a look at the entire clutch hydraulic system!! You don't want to drive it too much with a clutch that doesn't fully disengage... that can tear up the tranny real fast.

Redline MT-90 or Amsoil are the recommended tranny fluids. Redline MT-90 at least is known to improve shift quality by making the synchros work easier.

I really have no choice but to drive it, this is my only car. I am going to have it looked at, but I was also looking into other alternatives in tranny flued. I will go for the Redline Mt-90 where can I get this at.
