Squeaky Brakes
You don't want you put any lube on your brakes, that will cause you not to stop.
I suggest you clean your brakes more often. The problem you are running into is caused by the brake dust build up.
With metalic pads, the dust contains small metal particals. So when the dust builds up, and you apply the brakes, you have a metal on metal contact, causing the squeel.
If you clean the brake dust off often, you will not have this problem very often. (unless you are a heavy braker, then I suggest some new ceramic pads)
