Which Amsoil ATF do you guys use in your Maximas? I'm thinking the Universal Automatic Transmission fluid? Just want to make sure before i take the plunge and buy a whole wad of the stuff for my transmission and powersteering.

The AMSOIL "Universal" ATF is the product you need...AMSOIL Product code ATF. I've used it for years with outstanding results.
