Stay away from 5w-20. Nissan V6 tend to like thicker 30 weight oil like Amsoil ASL 5w-30 and Redline 5w-30. Mobil1 is okay, but it is on the thin side of the 30 weight range.
Motorcraft 5w-20, which is a semi synthetic, is a good choice for the Ford and Honda cars that specify it.

30 weight is 30 weight. No matter the type or brand.

I'm surprised at you! Must need more coffee or something.
An a SAE 30 wt. is any oil that has a viscosity between 9.3 and 12.5 cSt at 100C. Mobil 1 data sheets indicate their 5W and 10W-30 is 10.0 cST and their 0W-30 is 10.3 cSt.
Amsoil's 30 wts are 11.7 for the 5W-30, 11.9 for the 10W-30 and 11.2 for the 0W-30.
Overall, even though all these oils are classed as a 30 wt. according to the SAE class system, Amsoil's are a minimum of 8% thicker. When you compare Amsoil and Mobil 1 5W-30 the difference is 17% and 19% for the 10W-30's.
Redline is similar as well.
