Disconnect hose at the blue circle: http://www.jatan.net/sea2.jpg
Put some SF into a plastic/foam cup
Turn on your car
Put the cup under the hose at the blue circle
Let the car suck it in little by little (you might have to pull the accelerator/cruise cables to keep the car from dying)
Turn off the car, connect the hose, and let it sit for 15-20 mins
Drive around hard

I am at 185,000km and I drained my oil and put in new 20-50 Castrol (got on a clearance sale) before I did the Brake Booster line inhale of about a 1/2 tin of SF, 15 minute wait, put almost a full tin in the gas tank and another almost 1/2 in the crankcase.

I wanted to see how the new oil would look after I did the high rpm flush part of the treatment.

I was in a university parking lot and had security on my tail with the smoke but got away and ran it up to the redline for a few miles and back home to change the oil again. I could not believe how black and dirty the brand new oil was, no clumps, just black silty stuff. I generally change under 5000km so i did not expect a lot of gunk, but, it sure was filthy after about only an 8 mile run. I put in another batch of the 20-50, started it and just idled at high rpms before draining that batch too, to make sure all was cleaned out of SF or dirt residue. Then back with fresh 5-30.

Too early to tell how the mpg's will be effected, but, the idle and engine sounds are a bit lower and much smoother.

This was a pretty easy maintenance step once I had the instructions straight.

The codes are thrown often because of the cat getting clogged. I have done a lot of research on this for my truck. If you get the code it is probably a clogged cat and it was probably time to replace them anyways. Hope this helps!?!?!?

This was a bissnith for the 4 gen when I had to change the valve cover/tube seals.

But I felt that cleaning things overall just helped as well. But it'll get dirty fast again.
