99 MAX(Manual Trans Question)

I have to replace my clutch, and my question is what kind of gear oil do I need for the trans? I want to replace all the fluid how many bottles do I need? Thanks

I don't have the manual for the car.

GL-4 gear oil, 4.5 - 4.8 quarts

Why do you have to replace your clutch, ie. how many miles on the car and how has it been driven?

GL4, as mentioned. It can be tricky to get - don't use a GL5-only oil. Normally people here recommend Redline MT90 synthetic, which is around $9/quart.
