Adding Auto-RX to powersteering, transmission...anyone done it?

Adding Auto-RX to powersteering, transmission...anyone done it?

I was just readin about how you can add Auto RX to the aforementioned...anyone done this before? Anyone recommend it?

I did the transmission on our integra, not sure if it helped anything or not, but since I had some extra after doing the oil on both cars, I just added it. Changed the fluid after 1000 miles. Think the fresh fluid helped more than anything.

I have a manual tranny and would consider using AutoRx 1,000 miles prior to changing the transaxle gear oil but not otherwise.

I think the AutoRX in the power steering reservoir is intended in the case of a leak, but I'm not positive on that.

I know nothing about automatic trannies and have no intentions of learning anytime soon.

ohh bobo how i wish i could say the same about your last statement, unfortunatly i know too much and hope to someday forget it all, but if i didnt hate my tranny i might consider it.

You might have to punt one car out of your fleet so you can get one with a manual transmission, lol!

Currently i got my eyes on a 85 300zx, 168k, some rust, manual, needs a few things $800!!!! we shall see how it plays out
