great deals at PB for oil lately.. they were almost giving away castrol GTX too (a few weeks ago).

Bwahaha! I went to pepboys today and looked to see if they had any Quaker State. NO. More importantly do they have Pennzoil Platinum? YES! 6 quarts of 5W-30 to be exact! I rush to get a cart and rush back to get the last 6 quarts. Oh crap! Old man looking for synthetic fluid! No prob. He's not near the Platinum although I may instinctively elbow him if he grabs the platinum. I get the last 6 quarts. Awesome! Mission accomplished. Looking for a filter to get the additional $10 from Pennzoil on top of the $15 from Pepboys. 30 seconds later a man with an employee comes looking for those SAME last 6 quarts. I could tell he was their for the same great deal. I saw the fire in his eyes! He says "It was here a minute ago, literally!" I tell him with a smile I bought the last 6 quarts. He surprisingly takes it well giving me a smile back although I knew he wanted to bum rush me and take my oil. But too bad! First come first serve buddy! As he's walking away I tell him "Sorry bud, theres always 10W-30". Wasn't trying to be a ****. Their really was 10W-30. All in all I felt a feeling of accomplishment. As for him?

Exciting 10 minutes to say the least. BTW if the guy that couldn't get to the bottle on time is reading this, no hard feelings bud.
