Intake Manifold cleaning

So yesterday I removed my TB Restrictor plate. The "scoop" was full of nasty gunk. I sea foamed last year and wondering if I should do it again or is there a better product out there to clean this out. The gunk has me concerned and I want to clean it out ASAP.

Try throttle body cleaner. I believe there is such a thing. Absent that use carb cleaner.
