Why would you use power steering fluid for the clutch?

I just use Dot 3 brake fluid for the clutch and periodically remove the old clutch fluid with a turkey baster and replace it. Theoretically the clutch fluid should be bled and replaced from time to time.

The clutch and the brake systems are both hydraulic. So just use DOT3 brake fluid. Do not put P/S fluid in your master cyl.
