Has anyone used Terraclean

I was at my local mechanics the other day, and he gave me a leaflet about a carbon removing/fuel system service called terraclean. He said, it's the best one out on the market. Has anyone ever had this service done?.Here is a link to their website. Any feedback will be much appreciated!

looks like a joke. carbons are in the fuel system because they're in gasoline. 8 of them per molecule.
