Changing ATF fluid on 6th gen

I have a 2006 Maxima with 26,000 miles on it. Tranny fluid looks dark. I was thinking of changing atf, so I called around to get prices. Most places want to charge me around the $120 to do a full system flush. I asked that I just want to replace trans filter and drain and fill. But they say we don't do that.Only Flush or drain and fill.

Don't want to do a flush since I heard don't do flush unless you have enough money to buy another tranny. So im thinking its a good time to learn how to do it my self, since your have to change fluids for the car to frequently. I don't have any tools or stands. Just have the jack that came with car. Can you guys help me with a list of things I would need to change ATF. ie. jacks stands...ect.... Since I will be by myself need good stuff so I don't die under car.....LOL u know...Something I can pick up local...
