I've heard of it. lots of real high horsepower guys use it. lots of bike track days require it as coolant rather than ethylene based coolants.

AMSOIL has has a PG coolant available for many years. https://www.amsoil.com/storefront/ant.aspx

I've used it myself with good results and have several customers who use the product. Recently sold some to a customer for his 300ZX turbo. Unlike EG coolants, this product can be used full strength if so desired.
