FLUID LEAK IN FLOORBOARD

So, for a while now I have been getting this leak in the drivers side floorboard of my 1998 MAXIMA. And as the puddle gets bigger my power steering goes out. As the power steering fluid empties, the puddle slowly evaporates. This has happened a few times and each time i just refill the fluid and the puddle comes back. So I feel that it is safe to assume that the fluid is in fact my power steering fluid. I don't know where I would check to find a leak, and if it is found, a cheap way of fixing it. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
