Oil Filters - Wix or Purolator Pure 1's?!

WIX OR PUROLATOR PURE 1? I USED TO USE OEM IN MY 97 BUT EVERYONE SAYS GET EITHER OF THOSE TWO BRANDS AND I CANT DECIDE WHICH!

I found them on amazon (i dont live in the states and they are not available in stores here)

pp1 search:
Amazon Amazon
**Looks like if i buy 4 of these, it'll be $45 ish shipped. So i'd save about 23 ish if i buy these instead of buying from the dealer each time for an OEM. (They are $16.75 from the dealer up here in Canada each.. so what I save is Not bad.

wix search:
Amazon Amazon
***I'll save even more if I buy the WIX. As they are a tad cheaper.

hmm... so which is better between those 2? or are they basically the same. have any of you used either of these brands?

Both are about the same price. Both are great quality. I personally use Wix but I would also use Purolator. In end, doesn't matter which one you go with because both are great. Just my .02 cents.
