1995 auto tranny fluid

Hi, I have a 1995 3ltr auto.
going to change my auto gearbox oil,we sell comma oil at work, but It comes up with no listing, eney info.

Just use Dex Merc 3.

Drain and fill is the best way.
Never flush.

Never flush ?, been looking for a filter, do I need one as car has only covered 71k and cant seem to find one anywhere.

The filter is nothing more then a mesh screen. You can take it down, rinse it with brake Klean and reinstall.

You need to drop the pan, so a new gasket is needed. You'll also find 2 magnets on the bottom of the pan. Clean off all the fine metallic mud that will be clinging to them.

Yes, never flush, just drain and fill.
Should take around 6 quarts, iirc, when you drain.
Just drive around for a few hundred and repeat the process until you're happy with the color.
2-3x should be enough.
Definitely one of the benefits of having a drain plug on the trans.
