Changing brake fluid Help

Hi everyone

I just got a chek engine on my 2010 nissan maxima and it says that my brake fluid is low. I cheked and there is no brake fluid at all.

I would like to change it by doing a complete brake flush and bleed.

I have 2 options.
1. Using the Nissan genuine fluid Dot 3
2. Or using a better fluid like Motul dot 5.1 or dot 3&4. I do brake very hard like alot. And i was thinking chamging for a better one.

My queation is should I change it to Motul dot 5.1 or keep the Nissan oem? Also If I should go after market, which one should I chose?

Thank you

I use the Motul 5.1.. its non silicone base.. You can mix 3,4 and 5.1.. just not Dot 5 it has silicone.
