I bought a cheap needle type torque wrench from Autozone a year or two back but it never seemed too trustworthy...Are the clicking type more accurate? I used mine once or twice and didn't really like using it then....

Yes, I've used a needle type many years ago, hated it,way too easy to under/over torque due to you are simply depending on your eye for a measurement.

With a click type t-wrench,you simply set the dial at the desired torque, lock it,then simply stop tightening when you hear-n-feel the "click" on the wrench.
