how to fix scratches in plastic gauge cover?
Hello all~
I just bought a Maxima and the plastic gauge cover (for the speedometer and tach, etc) is scratched up pretty bad just covering the mileage and tripometer. How can I fix it? Is there a way to buff them out or use some epoxy of some kind to fill them in?

Best bet would be to take it out...if you say it's that bad, then you probably won't get around the perimeter efficiently unless you do take it out.
If you can feel the scratches with your finger-nails, then don't waste your time and just get a new one.
