Crankshaft Pully / Camshaft Position Sensor

I have a 2013 Maxima 3.5 engine. I rode around for months with the code popping up for Camshaft position sensor over advanced bank 1. I went ahead and had an oil change, cleaned out the front oil sensor and tried to get to the one in back but couldn't get a socket to take off the bolt so I left it alone. Rode that way for a few more months and my A/C stops working, Power steering stops, and pull in to check it out, my serpentine belt broke. Replaced the belt and went to start, it started to smoke and almost popped that belt. The alternator pully turns fine, the crankshaft pully is super hard to turn and only goes a little before it completely gets stuck. I have seen many threads about the pistons, the motor being locked up, the timing chain. Anybody had anything like this happen or know what it may be for sure?
