u selling a pair or just one? I might be interested, but i have one question, you might know it or might not, when a bulb goes out does the ballast still work(mine would make a high pitch sound when its turned on)? I'm not sure if i need to change the bulb or the ballast.

 

It's the pair, just the bulb would go out the ballast :should: still be good..
