I want to change the license plate lights to something different. Is it legal if I change the stock bulbs to blue bulbs? I think that would look cool.
While I'm on the subject of lights. Do any of you drive with your foglights on all the time at night? Or do you only turn them on when there's actually fog? I want to keep mines on all the time at night, but I got a ticket one time for having my foglights on. Stupid I think. Btw, I have the stock foglights because mine is a SE model.

I have blue bulbs in my plate and I also took off the little pastic piece that the bulb goes in and just have the plain bulb and it is bluer than with the plastic piece on the plastic hinders the light #194,I live in Ga and I have never been stopped for this I think as long as your plate is lit up with some kind of lighting it is fine,I keep my fogs on most of the time I have the aftermarket fogs and I have them aimed toward the ground a little so as not to blind people
same here with the fog lights
I hve the catz fog lights on mine, I wired it to the parking lights and aimed them down alitle so noone is blinded by them. I use to get flashed everytime some one drove by me. but now since I have reaimed them they are fine now.

My fogs are aimed right, they don't blind anyone. It just the cop that gave me the ticket was an ***, saying that it's illegal to have them on all the time. I seen a lot of suvs, trucks, and other cars that have their fogs on all the time, and I'm sure they didn't get pulled over; however, those were stock cars. That night seem like the people that he pulled over were people that had fixed up cars. Oh well. Although I might have to get my headlights reaimed, they are a bit high.

if you live in ny don't put the bl;ue lights on your plates.
it's not legal but i did it anyway. the funny part is all my friends get tickets but i havn't yet. i'l prolly get one tonight for saying that.
i used to drive with my driving lights on all the time and never got stoped. these are really bright yellow lights. i looked at them in the day time once and it bothered my eyes, i could only emagine how the people in front of me feel at night but i didn't care. the only reason i stoped using them is because there's not enough power for the lights and my bass.

Got Lights?
I do, i got red ones...well my whole car is the same color. All the interior, corners(by the headlights) and bumper corners (not turn signals) are all red/purple inclduing my calipers...all to match my Rosewood max...at night it looks way good. And cops...no worries, one day @ chillies, i talked to a cop for 30 mins or so asking him random questriosn, about what i would get stopped for, he said that colored lights are something only "state-troopers" get upset about. He siad when he pulls people over with him, he just mentions em, and tells the person to change em. LOL, then when i left, it was at night and he saw my lights, he was just like "ahhhhhhh....that little bastard" hhhehe, gotta love pigs

I like to do my whole car with blue accents. My brake calipers are blue, and some of my interior lights are blue. Of course I don't have blue headlights, corner lights, signal, or side marker lights. Other than that, I will try to put more blue accents onto my car. I just did my valve cover, which I painted blue of course. I also just put in the blue bulbs for my license plate. It wasn't as blue as I thought; it's ok. I even took off the plastic thing, and it still not as blue. Maybe this isn't a bad thing because it doesn't look very illegal. If a cop say something about it, I just have to tell him to check his eyes.
