Most annoying thing...has this ever happened to anyone else?

When my sunroof is open I get an annoying rattle/vibrating coming from the sunroof control box (at a certain rpm), it has always sounded like it was from the dash or floor, but I have pin pointed it to there. If I push up on the box from the inside of the car it will stop, I let go...It does it. If the roof is closed I have no problems. I love my roof but want it fixed. I feel like taken off that box and pulling everything out and putting it back in tighter. Anyone ever done this? or had it happen?

Thats because the motor is not sitting properly within the sunroof assembly. The pinion gear on the motor is not connecting to your cables (which controls the movement of the sunroof) properly. Chances are the pinion gear is getting chewed up too.
